IS IT MANDATORY TO CONTRACT YOUR SERVICES AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD?

Not at all. Once the trial period is over, there is no need to continue if you don’t want to.

WHAT DEVICES AND SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN THE TRIAL PERIOD?

During the trial period, we will provide you an Ipad 10.2″ for patients, another Ipad 10.2″ for nursing control and/or medical office, plus a mobile terminal (Iphone or Ipod Touch) for the healthcare professional in charge of monitoring patients through these devices.

In addition, you will have our technical service support to resolve incidents or doubts of use.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD IS OVER IF I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE USING IT?

We will regret not being able to continue with you, but there will be no problem with that. We will pick up the devices and terminate you at no cost.
